Elite Mobile Studio — Pre-Booking Terms Summary

Request, verification and confirmation

HOLLYMPUS reviews the request and, for a first-time location, completes a free five-minute live walkthrough before requesting final payment. The walkthrough is a limited logistical review and is not recorded by HOLLYMPUS. A booking is confirmed only after location/scope approval, delivery and acceptance of the applicable documents, cleared payment and written confirmation.

Price and payment

The final Booking Summary identifies the approved package, travel zone, optional services, known mandatory access costs and complete amount before payment. EMS bookings require 100% payment in advance. No mandatory processing, administration, booking or service fee is added after the displayed total.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Nothing limits a right that cannot lawfully be waived. When a statutory cancellation right applies, the transaction-specific agreement and Notice of Cancellation state the controlling method and deadline. After any applicable non-waivable period expires, a confirmed EMS booking is non-refundable and non-reschedulable to the fullest extent permitted by law. A client-requested date/time change is treated as cancellation and a new booking unless HOLLYMPUS makes a specific written exception.

Session time and location

Standard setup and teardown are included and do not reduce paid recording time when the verified room is ready, accessible and materially consistent with the approved conditions. Client lateness, unavailable access, an unprepared room, undisclosed restrictions or client-controlled delays do not extend the scheduled end time. HOLLYMPUS may pause, decline or terminate work for reasonable safety, legality, equipment or professional-conduct concerns.

Scope, deliverables and changes

Only services and deliverables stated in the final Booking Summary, accepted proposal or written change order are included. New takes after the session, replacement files, new arrangement decisions, extra versions or a material creative change are new work unless expressly included. A revision means one consolidated set of reasonable notes within the original written scope.

Client materials and participant consent

The client is responsible for required rights and permissions for beats, compositions, lyrics, samples, performances and other supplied material. Every participant must be informed that the session is an audio-recording engagement and provide any consent required by law. A parent/legal guardian must sign the separate Minor Consent where required.

Privacy, promotional media and AI/voice use

Booking alone grants no advertising rights. Any promotional use requires a separate optional written Media Release; declining it does not affect eligibility, price, scope or service quality. HOLLYMPUS will not intentionally use client vocal recordings to create an unauthorized synthetic voice, voice clone, likeness model or AI-training dataset without separate express written consent.

Files, backups, results and events outside reasonable control

The client is responsible for maintaining independent copies of source materials and promptly backing up delivered files. HOLLYMPUS is not an archival-storage provider and does not guarantee indefinite retention of working session media. Creative preference, commercial success, platform acceptance, placement, audience response or other third-party outcomes are not guaranteed. The final agreement also addresses delays or inability to perform caused by events outside reasonable control, including illness or emergency, transport disruption, severe weather, utility or internet failure, venue restrictions and similar events.

Final documents control

The complete Client Services Agreement, final Booking Summary, complete HOLLYMPUS Privacy Policy, any applicable California Notice of Cancellation, any required Minor Consent and any separately signed Media Release supplied for an approved transaction control over this summary. Nothing in the transaction documents waives a right or remedy that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.

EMS Availability Request Privacy Notice

Effective: October 3, 2026. This notice applies to this intake page and supplements the complete HOLLYMPUS Privacy Policy provided or linked during the approved-booking process.

Information collected

HOLLYMPUS may collect the identity, contact, service address, schedule, age-category response, access and parking details, project description, requested services, participant/minor information, referral information, safety-contact details and other information you voluntarily submit. Standard technical and security records—such as submission time, IP address, browser/device information, referring information and server logs—may also be processed where generated by the website, hosting environment or security systems.

Why the information is used

Information may be used to evaluate and administer the request; communicate with you; assess travel, access, location suitability and scheduling; prepare quotes, agreements and booking documents; select any potentially applicable statutory notice; process an approved booking; prevent fraud, abuse or unsafe situations; protect people, property and equipment; maintain legitimate business, tax and contractual records; enforce agreements; and establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

Walkthroughs and room clips

HOLLYMPUS does not intentionally record the live location walkthrough. If short client-recorded room clips are requested, they are used only for practical setup, access and location assessment unless you separately authorize another use. Avoid showing unrelated documents, valuables, people or private areas. Room clips are not used for advertising or publicity without a separate written authorization.

Disclosure and service providers

Information may be disclosed to hosting, email, payment, file-transfer, cloud-storage, communications, security and other service providers; contractors who reasonably need the information to support the request or booking; professional advisers; a trusted safety/security contact where reasonably necessary for an on-location session; authorities when required by law; or others where reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property or security. HOLLYMPUS does not sell personal information for money. If an activity is legally treated as a sale, sharing or targeted advertising under an applicable privacy law, HOLLYMPUS will provide any legally required notice or choice.

Cookies, online tracking and privacy signals

This page may use or generate cookies, server logs, security technologies or similar technical records necessary to operate, protect or measure the website. Where analytics or advertising technologies are enabled, third-party providers may receive browser or device information subject to their own terms. Legacy browser “Do Not Track” signals may not be recognized because there is no universal standard. Where applicable law requires recognition of a legally recognized opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control for covered sale/sharing activity, HOLLYMPUS will honor it to the extent legally required and technically applicable.

Retention and file handling

Request and booking information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for evaluation, service administration, contractual records, accounting and tax obligations, fraud and safety review, dispute resolution, rights management and legal compliance. Working audio/video files are not guaranteed to be retained indefinitely and may be deleted after delivery; the applicable Project Agreement controls any specific retention commitment. Backup copies may persist temporarily through ordinary backup or disaster-recovery cycles.

Security

HOLLYMPUS uses reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information handled and the size of the operation. No transmission, device, service provider, storage method or security measure can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Clients should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information and should maintain independent copies of important materials.

Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on your jurisdiction and whether a particular privacy law applies, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of certain personal information; obtain information about certain disclosures; opt out of certain covered processing; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; or exercise other rights provided by law. Requests are subject to reasonable identity verification, legal exceptions and record-retention obligations.

California and other jurisdiction-specific disclosures

This notice is intended to disclose the categories of information collected through this intake page, the principal purposes for collection, categories of recipients, tracking practices and the process for privacy requests. Additional rights under California or other privacy statutes apply only when and to the extent the relevant law applies to HOLLYMPUS and the particular processing activity.

Minors

A person under 18 may not act as the contracting client through this form. A parent or legal guardian must contract where required, and minor participation may require separate written consent. HOLLYMPUS will not use an identifiable minor’s name, voice, image, likeness or performance for promotional purposes without the legally required authorization.

Promotional media and AI / voice use

This form requests no promotional consent. Booking alone does not authorize HOLLYMPUS to use a client’s identifiable name, voice, image, likeness, testimonial, performance or session media for advertising. Any promotional use requires a separate optional written Media Release or other legally sufficient authorization. HOLLYMPUS will not intentionally use client vocal recordings to create an unauthorized synthetic voice, voice clone, likeness model or AI-training dataset without separate express written consent.

Changes to this notice

HOLLYMPUS may update this notice as its practices, services or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated in the manner required by applicable law.
